Returns & Exchanges

As a small business, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final.

Damaged Items

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

• Record a clear video while opening your parcel (from start to finish).
• This video is required for us to review and process any damage claims.
• Contact us on WhatsApp at +61 493 042 687 as soon as possible after receiving your order.
• Email us the unboxing video along with your order details.

Once we review your claim, we will arrange a replacement or store credit promptly.

Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable for approved damage claims.
• Items may need to be returned before a refund is processed.
• Once your claim is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow some time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping:

All orders above $80 are eligible for free shipping (Regular) within Australia. 

$10 shipping cost applies to all orders below $80.

Express post can be arranged with extra cost. 

International shipping is available worldwide (except India, Nepal & Pakistan). Shipping charges apply to all orders.
