Damages Enquiry:

A parcel opening video is required to make any damage claims. please record a video before opening the parcel until the very end. Contact us on WhatsApp at +61493042687 immediately. Email us the opening parcel video to make any claims regarding damage or refunds. Once we receive your claim request, we will process a credit or replacement right away.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed once we receive the damaged goods back.

We will inspect the product or video to process your refund. Once confirmed the money will be refunded in the original payment method. It might take some time for your bank or credit card company to show these funds in your account.

Shipping:

All orders above $80 are eligible for free shipping (Regular) within Australia. 

$10 shipping cost applies to all orders below $80.

Express post can be arranged with extra cost. 

International shipping is available worldwide (except India, Nepal & Pakistan). Shipping charges apply to all orders.
